Behind the Lens
I’m Paul, a photographer drawn to the tension between stillness and speed – the quiet stare of a deer at first light and the blur of a winger breaking down the touchline.
Years of working outdoors and pitch-side have shaped a calm, patient approach. I prefer to work unobtrusively: observing, anticipating and waiting for the moment when light, expression and movement line up.
I also have extensive experience in grassroots football photography — covering clubs, tournaments and community leagues with the same care and attention to storytelling that I bring to wildlife work.
Based in the UK, I’m available for wildlife projects, editorial commissions and sports coverage for clubs, agencies and brands.
